Had a absolutely delicious breakfast here. We arrived around 10am and the place was empty. We didnt know that they open at 10am every day. The owner came out, I believe his name was Luis. He owns it with his brother. Great guy and passionate about his food and restaurant. His restaurant was super clean. You order food at the counter and they bring it out when it is ready. It's a small breakfast menu but Luis said he would make us anything we wanted. We had the chorizo skillet, the steak skillet and I asked for a Birra breakfast burrito. All of the food was incredible. The one thing that really stood out though was the breakfast potatoes. They are perfectly seasoned, crispy and utterly delicious. Other highlights, the hot sauce was the perfect balance of heat and flavor. Really brightened up the food. Also he had his family working there as well bussing tables and refilling drinks. Love to see that it is a family affair. I highly recommend this restaurant. They do lunch and dinner as well and looking forward to going back to try the non breakfast food.
